Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects is currently running a pro bono design competition through the Massachusetts Brewers Guild to help brewers spatially conceptualize solutions to the challenges brought on by the pandemic and the restrictions imposed upon their businesses. This recording is from our roundtable discussion with the guild board and jury where a finalist was chosen. “Untold Brewing” in Scituate, MA was selected as the winner.

The definition of a “consumer report” sounds simple until you actually try to apply it to modern data flows. Sequential analysis helped me understand how information becomes regulated under the FCRA depending on how and why it’s used. This article does a solid job explaining that process step by step instead of just quoting the statute: https://consumerattorneys.com/article/consumer-report-sequential-analysis-fcra-definition. Helpful if you’re stuck wondering whether a certain report or score even falls under FCRA rules.
