Stephanie Gates

Stephanie has been with Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects since 2022 and serves as our Business Operations Manager. In her role, she manages the day-to-day operations of BFE, overseeing the financial, human resources, and marketing responsibilities. Early in her career, she spent time as a Marketing Manager in various publishing companies and later transitioned into a Database Marketing Analyst role for Comcast/Xfinity. Prior to joining BFE, she managed the operations of a CPA firm, where her responsibilities included bookkeeping for small business clients and navigating the yearly joy (or not so much) of tax season.

Stephanie is a graduate of Merrimack College and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. When she is not in the office, she is enjoying time with her husband and two children. She loves trying new restaurants and is always working to improve her golf game.
