Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects, Inc. (BFE) has an immediate opening available for a part-time (24 hrs/week) Office Manager/Bookkeeper with experience in a diverse administrative environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, financial reporting and year end coordination with our Accountant.

  • Process payroll and track billable hours for staff.

  • Review and reconcile monthly statements from vendors.

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires.

  • Update online postings via our office website, Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.


The right candidate will have 3+ years of related administratvie support and an Associates, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience.



  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Strong ability to multitask.

  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
