OFFICE MANAGER / BOOKKEEPER
PART-TIME
Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects, Inc. (BFE) has an immediate opening available for a part-time (24 hrs/week) Office Manager/Bookkeeper with experience in a diverse administrative environment.
Primary responsibilities include:

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, financial reporting and year end coordination with our Accountant.

Process payroll and track billable hours for staff.

Review and reconcile monthly statements from vendors.

Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires.

Update online postings via our office website, Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
The right candidate will have 3+ years of related administratvie support and an Associates, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience.
Qualifications:

Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Strong communication skills.

Strong ability to multitask.
