The site for this ground-up assisted living community is located across the street from the local high school and sis comprised of 84,000 SF OF assisted living and memory care residents and supporting common spaces on three levels. A 21,000 SF parking garage sits below a portion of the facility, providing the much needed infrastructure without compromising the principles of biophilic design and the desire to maximize views to the outside. Many amenities were designed for use by the residents, including a bistro pub, private and main dining rooms, activity and art areas, spa, massage therapy and exercise rooms, Lounges, a library, and entertainment rooms. exterior walking paths circuit the facility and a secure outdoor courtyard provides gardening opportunities for the memory care residents. The project is heated and cooled with a state-of-the-art VRF system, yielding high efficiency and maximum comfort.
