The Award will recognize Projects, and their Building Owners, Organizations and Designers, of the completed works located in the Town of Lexington for the best practices in design and construction of a building or landscape development (commercial, civic, or residential) respecting and contributing to the architectural fabric and integrity of the context, neighborhood or structure in which the project is situated as well as to the Town of Lexington as a whole.

Projects under consideration are to have been completed from 2020 to present.
