Jerome Home

Established at the beginning of the 20th Century, Jerome Home is one of the earliest elder care residences in the state of Connecticut. The new residence is composed of 16 Alzheimer's studio units on the ground floor and 46 assisted living 1- and 2-bedroom units on the upper floors. The new building is sited to create a revitalized image for the existing 73,000 SF campus. The administration building provides a new entry identity for the campus while linking the historic structures with the new contruction. Care was taken in the brick facade treatment of the new buildings to harmonize with the original campus aesthetics.
