As one of the nation’s largest and most successful actuary firms our client wanted a decidedly high-tech and sleek approach to its office renovations that would project an image it could sustain well into the 21st century. Clean lines and open spaces, with stark material accents, contributed to a feeling of functionality and efficiency to the modern ergonomic work environments. The phased 70,000 square foot renovation was achieved within a ten month schedule while maintaining client occupancy of the building.
