Palisades Village Cluster III
Stowe, Vermont

Commissioned by the Retrovest Companies this last cluster was to be a link between the earlier cluster communities and the heart of Stowe Village Center. Modeled after vernacular Vermont architecture, Cluster III engages the streetscape with its enduring façade. A commercial space and open carport on the first floor as well as eight residential units on the upper levels reflect the density and mixed use typically found in similar New England town centers.
